Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1-2 business days
  • International Delivery: 7-14 business days

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags. Please provide your order number and whether you need an exchange or a refund.

Customers are responsible for the postage costs to return your item. We recommend that you send your parcel via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. All goods are your responsibility until we have received them back safely. Please ensure you have insured the goods, use a tracked service and have obtained a proof of posting. You will need to pay postage again on replacements sent to you.

If we make an error and send you the wrong item, we will reimburse you for the return postage and pay for postage for the replacement item. If you return an item for refund that we have supplied correctly, postage will not be refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
